3 more days to The Great Day when I¡¦ll finally get my grubby paws on my government exam results! And only untill then can I let go of this imaginary rock sort of sunk somewhere between my chest and stomach, causing immense pressure and sense of impeding doom. Though so far I haven¡¦t been suffering from weird and horrifying nightmares about what I¡¦m probably going to get¡K but jeez, Ain¡¦t I feeling nervous!
Meanwhile I think I¡¦ve got around 1 to 2 more weeks before I¡¦ll get my driving licence! Though I probably still don¡¦t have a chance in driving a Proton Perdanan or anything really cool like that when I go to university, but I still can¡¦t get my minds out of what one of my friends did. He bough a ¡¦69 1000cc Mini Maini and he estimated that even after tuning the whole antique and rendering it, well, drivable, and throwing in accessories like sports rim, CD player, a decent stereo system and the likes of that, it probably wouldn¡¦t have costed more than $3000! Now that¡¦s pretty cheap! If only I could get my parent sto buy me a car¡K

Back from the holidays, still am suffering from post-holiday blues, where every thing just feels so boring, work sounds like over-exploitation and relaxation just ain¡¯t enough.
Meanwhile finished Nick Hornby¡¯s ¡°Fever Pitch¡±, a non-fiction book about life and football. Quite okay, in fact, quite highly recommended, especially for football fans out there. In the meantime am starting on Tom Clancy¡¯s ¡°Net Force.¡± Am hey¡ whaddaya know, another nice page-turner! Hope to heavy-read and finish book in 3 to 4 days. Heh heh¡ seems to me I¡¯m starting to gain interest on discounted best-seller paperbacks by big-time writers recently. How¡¯s that for extra cheap entertainment!
Rainy season¡¯s out and El Nino¡¯s paying a visit! Hope they don¡¯t cut the water supply too soon. Smelly bodies wallowing in pools of sweat in hot damp weathers just sounds like a major turn-off to me.

Yesterday upgraded my phone¡¯s LED to superbly cool white colour! In fact the LEDs are so much more brighter that I could even practically use it as a torchlight in a darkened room! Now how¡¯s that for functionality!
Chinese New Year¡¯s just ¡®round the corner! I¡¯ll be somewhere in North Johor during the holidays and won¡¯t be back till Thursday. Adios my dear blog. Won¡¯t be updating ya for some time.
Meanwhile gotta pack my bags.

Realized that one of my cuter colleagues actually has a boyfriend. Argh. That¡¯s one less choice I get. Ah well. (Am feeling slightly disapointed though¡) Never mind.
Had one of those ¡±Hey-why-not-try¡± crazy ideas today and walked all the way from City Square to Kerry¡¯s, probably a feat never done by any sane Malaysian before. Heck, why don¡¯t they realise it¡¯s hardly even a 5 kilometre distance? Anyway sometimes when I feel really bored, a little bit depressed and a little bit self-destructive (heh heh) when I¡¯m hanging out, I always do these kind of crazy stuff. I remember last time I¡¯ve even walked all the way from Foon Yew High to City Square!! Well, ok¡ though that time I walked with a close friend and we did chat, joked and laughed merrily all the way, so my emotions are nowhere so disastrous as I said just now when I did that hike.
Latest news say Telekom might raise phone call tariffs! Now that¡¯s going to cause some major buzz among consumers, for many of them are already protesting against the 3 cent per unit (12 sen per minute) charges. Let¡¯s see what¡¯ll happen next¡

Haven¡¯t been updating my blog for 3 days because didn¡¯t feel like doing it. Bored. Bored. Bored. Argh.
Chinese New Year is coming!! Yep, ain¡¯t I looking forward to the moment when I get to lay my grubby paws on the glorious ang pows from my relatives and then count the crisp cold hard cash inside¡ Ahh, feels so great just thinking about it. And yep, it gets even better when taken into consideration how many relatives I have! Oh yeessss¡..
Have you heard that George Bush and Tony Blair might have a chance to be in the running for a Nobel Peace prize? Well, they sure did a lot during the September 11 tragedy¡ but not much, and nothing really impressive (other than creating interesting news that seized the world¡¯s attention which involved a TV, a couch, a coffee table and nevertheless an interesting little pretzel). I remember reading this line somewhere in the papers, quote, They¡¯re not heroes, they¡¯re just men doing the right thing on the right time, unquote. But anyway let¡¯s at least still give ¡®em some credit for standing up straight boldly in the front line during the times of chaos shall we?
