No more exams in the current foreseeable future… Just great. _

Which buys me more than enough time to finally get to work om my blog too… Hmph.
I’m thinking of a clean white-ish interface… Let’s have a quick browse over at BlogSkins first.

Hmm… apparently my bloginality is INTP... Somewhat near 100% corect. =)

“ As an INTP, you are Introverted, iNtuitive, Thinking, Perceiving.
This makes your primary focus on Introverted Thinking with an Extraverted Intution.

This is defined as a NT personality, which is part of Carl Jung’s Rational (Knowledge Seeking) type, and more specifically the Architect or Thinker.

As a weblogger, you might not be as concerned about popularity, but more with the ideas and theories that you strive to understand. Because routines aren’t your strong point, you might be more likely to work on the concept of how to do a blog, but not be as excited to keep it up. “

Nice. i>grin Kudos to Paul’s for this lil’ test.

Laziness rulez! (whatever)

Everywhere I looked people have changed, things have moved, blogs are redesigned, et cetera et cetera. And let’s not go anywhere near my blog. The biru-ness is giving me a fuhgin’ headache everytime I pop-in to check… XP

But hell, whenever The Virgo perfectionist alter-ego starts grumbling and mumbling and bitching The Programmer alter-ego kicks in into action. (People don’t call me complex for nothing, heh) When it’s Your desk’s bloody cluttered! Clean up the bloody mess for God’s sake! or How bloody long are you going to wash that bloody pile of clothes? (The Programmer: Blah blah blah) or whatever there’s always a Lazy lah or Yeah yeah…. next time. When I remember. And The Programmer always wins. And so the huge pile of CDs and used papers and shopping receipts and plastic bags and pens and that little hyginene mask my parents got me (You know… amidst all the little virus outbreak hype) and previous issues of PC Gamer and whatnot secured their cozy little sunbathing place on the desk for another week. And another week. And another. And so on and so forth.

No wonder people say Laziness is the Top Virtue of programmers. Geez.

The Lonely Cook. Heh.

Dang. My housemates all have their own plans of dinner themselves tonight… Roommate #1 is cooking himself cornbeef and frieg egg plus braised kailan, roommate #2 is eating with his girlfriend aka housemate next door and is eating late, the others all have various plans of their own while my usual dinner partner is mysteriously missing for the past two days, probably studying at her friend’s house due to recent exams. Dang… meaning: I’m eating alone again today.

For one thing, if I eat Sup tulang flavour instant mee for one more night I’d puke.

Most probably don’t realise this is the very worst dining experience one could possibly have in their lifetime. Sitting in an empty half-lit living room with only the TV flashing tasteless (thus food taste-rendering) commercials as background sound, with nothing but two patethic rations (give or take one) of self-cooked insert-food-name-here, which is either one, overcooked, two, undercooked, three, tasteless, three, overtasting… And with no one else to share it. Nobody to argue with whose cooking skills ownz the others (Geek speak. Heh), nobody to argue with who shouldn’t have put so little/so much insert-spice-name-here, nobody to argue with who should be sitting at where at the dining table. Sigh. Peace of mind != fun, for sure. (Programmer speak this time, FYI, heh heh)

Meanwhile other thoughts raise to mind….

Chicken fillet + beanspouts + sliced carrot, with canned beef curry?
Or potatos + carrot + onions + chicken soup?
Or Campbells + sliced cucumber + white bread? Hmm…

Mental Blog Block

Now and then, in one of those classical light-bulb moments, I’d think, “Hell… When did I last blog?” And in a moment I’d be sitting on my fav spot staring blankly at a blank w.bloggar entry… and I’d think again, “Now… WTF was it that I wanted to write?” Some thoughts speeding past at 1000 thoughts per second (technically, 1 Mtps) and some carefully contemplated about… some random words quickly jotted down just for inspiration… some light massaging of increasingly stiff back… some nibbling of a crunchy little wheat biscuit… some random clicking around in the My Documents folder rummaging for recently acquired files that might be of note (My latest personal favourite being an obviously amatuerish video of a demonstration of the grammatical techniques in a chinese swear word… Geez.. The kind of stuff people do =D ) ... And all the effort mixed up, heated, stirred and poured out congeals into…

Nada. Null. Nothing. Zero. Zip. Zilch.

Rapid depression of Del follows and here we have again, a clean blank white slate. Process repeated if necessary. (At time of writing the thought murky mixture actually materialises into some half-baked and undoubtedly lame blog entry, which pretty much looks and smells and tastes like this block of text you are reading right now. But what the heck….)
